MethylEasy™ High Throughput DNA Bisulphite modification kit for centrifuge incorporates our propriety MethylEasy™ DNA bisulphite conversion technology.

Optimisation was performed on an Eppendorf 5810, however any centrifuge that will accommodate a height of 5.1cm (2.0in) may be used. Advantages include:

 

  • Convenient 96 well plate format
  • Very little loss of DNA
  • Start with as little as 1ng of DNA
