Members of our Board include:
- Christopher M Abbott, AM FCA. Founder and Non-Executive Chairman
Co-founder of Brisbane companies Agen Biomedical and Peplin and of Maple-Brown Abbott Limited.
- Dr Nick Samaras, PhD. Non-Executive Director
Dr Nick Samaras has over 20 years experience in the global life sciences industry, and is CEO of MuriGen Therapeutics and a Director of Teeleostin Ltd , AGRF Ltd and Replikun Biomed Pty Ltd.
- Phill Isaacs, MSc JP. Non-Executive Director
Formerly Vice President of Cytyc in Asia Pacific and prior to that founding Managing Director of Beckman Australia.
- Robert J Birrell, CPA, BEc, M.Comm. Founder and CFO
CFO and co-founder of Human Genetic Signatures, Robert was previously CFO of Austar and earlier PA to Paul Simon, Chairman of Woolworths.
- Angus R Hastie, M.Bus. CEO
CEO of Human Genetic Signatures, Angus previously held the position of Global Director of Marketing and Business Development at Roche Molecular Diagnostics in the USA.

- Sir Gregory Winter, CB, FRS, Hon FRCP, Hon FTSE. Special Advisor
Sir Gregory Winter is a pioneer of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. He invented techniques to both humanise and later to fully-humanise antibodies for therapeutic uses.
- Dr Jim Peacock, AC, FAA, FRS, FTSE, FAIAST. Special Advisor
Jim Peacock is the former Chief Scientist of Australia and a past President of the Australian Academy of Science. He was Chief of CSIRO Plant Industry 1978-2003.
- Prof. William Rawlinson, MBBS, PhD, FRACO, FRCPA. Clinical Advisor
Professor William Rawlinson is Director of the Virology Division, SEALS Microbiology at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney.
